Area of Expertise (AoE) teams
Asking Stakeholders to Prioritize Issues and Opportunities

AoE Teams will conduct subject-specific focus groups with representatives from community groups, commodity and producer groups, and other state and local partners. These stakeholders will be asked: What are the specific issues and opportunities in your field of interest that should be addressed by MSU Extension educational programs and Michigan Agricultural Experiment Station research? AoE teams will synthesize the results, develop their action agenda and submit the recommendation for priority, content-specific, programs and research by Jan. 31, 2006. AoE teams will set goals for creating impact on the identified issues and opportunities.
